We always ask all our customers if they are happy to have a photo taken before we take them, but if you are not quite looking your best or just don't want your photo sharing anymore please contact us on our contact page and we will aim to remove the photo for you ASAP. 

Photography and Filming Information for parents and carers 

The Clubhouse Stoke aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every child and young person. Sometimes will ask you if we can take a photograph or video of your group, the photo/video may be displayed on The Clubhouse Stoke website and social media pages for you to like, share and download.

To help us do this, please note the following important information:

  • We recognise the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all children.  

  • We have written a policy statement which sets out how photographs and videos of children involved in our activities should be taken and shared. A copy of this is available from our website: Photo policy statement.  

  • We will take all steps to ensure images of children are used solely for the purposes they are intended. 

  • If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform a member of staff immediately or contact us via our website.  

  • We will not take or share photographs, video or other images of children and young people without the consent of the children involved and their parents or carers.
