We are located in the basement under the VUE Cinema in Newcastle under Lyme. 104 High Street, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1PT. The main Access is from the high street next to Subway via escalators.
We aim to be inclusive to everyone. However due to the nature of some of our activities some areas may not be accessible to all. In this page we aim to give you a review of our venue and its accessibility limitations. That being said you will know your accessibility needs better than us and we would always welcome you to visit the site prior to your booking to have a look around for your self.

Disabled Facilitys
Alternate Entrance: A second entrance is accessed via lift. You will be required to be with a member of staff to access the lift so to use this entrance a member of your party will need to notify a member of staff upon arrival.
Toilets: We have spacious ladies and Gents toilets and the addition of a new disabled access toilet.
Carers Package: We do not charge for carers to play crazy golf. You can choose this option when booking online. One carer ticket per person in care, you will be required to show identification upon arrival.
Activities: There is enough space for wheelchairs when playing, Table Tennis, Beer Pong, Corn Hole, Multitap Games Room. Shuffleboard is accessible at one end. The Crazy Golf course was designed to get a wheel chair around while spectating. (There are wooden planks 2 inch high at the start of holes, that are required to be wheeled over) If you are looking at playing in a wheel chair some holes will be unaccessible.
Bar Area: Our bar area is a great place to enjoy drinks or food and is wheelchair friendly.

Parking
We recommend parking at the VUE multi Story car park, This carpark is shared by all the businesses in our building. It is monitored by 24hr security and is the closest and most secured in Newcastle Under Lyme.
Once you arrive use the lifts or walkway to get to level 5. Then head towards the high street entrance by subway. Our main entrance is outside on the right hand side.

Toilets: Our Baby change facility's are located in the Ladies Toilets. For access as a male please contact a member of staff while you are with us and we will be able to facilitate use of the changing table.
Toddlers Package: We want to get them started young so do not charge for Under 5's to play crazy golf when with a paying adult. You can choose this option when booking online. One under 5's ticket per chargeable ticket.
Activities: There is enough space for pushchairs in all areas of The Clubhouse including the Golf.
