Quality is at the heart of everything we do. At Pavilion, we have transitioned away from polycarbonates to provide a true VIP experience, serving our signature menu in premium glassware. Our extensive bar features 10 handcrafted house cocktails, a curated selection of fine wines and beers, and a back bar boasting over 60 premium spirits. To complement your drinks, we offer a delectable range of tapas-style light bites. To ensure your evening is seamless, we provide dedicated table service, allowing you to relax while our expert team caters to your needs.
Reservations
Pavilion is open every Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM until midnight. We offer versatile seating options, from intimate tables for two to spacious booths that comfortably accommodate groups of up to 14. For larger parties, the Pavilion is available for partial or full private hire. Each standard table reservation is for 1 hour and 30 minutes; however, if you require more time for your celebration, please message us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. While walk-ins are always welcome, we highly recommend reserving your table online to guarantee your spot at Newcastle-under-Lyme’s best premium cocktail bar.
